[Dan News] 2025 H1 Chief Supervisors Workshop: Practicing Field-Oriented Quality Management

DAN A&C Engineers successfully concluded the '2025 First Half Chief Supervisors Workshop' with our leaders responsible for construction sites nationwide. This workshop was designed to consolidate know-how from various sites and establish consistent supervision standards unique to DAN A&C.

In-Depth Practical Discussions: We covered major issues arising in site management, directions for improvement, and efficient methods for collaboration with clients (owners) and contractors.

Virtuous Cycle of Knowledge: By sharing accumulated experiences from diverse sites, we built a consensus on supervision tasks and strengthened our mutual capabilities.
