[Dan News] 2025 H2 Chief Supervisors Workshop: "Documenting Solutions from the Field and Driving Improvement"

As we wrap up 2025, the field leaders of DAN A&C gathered once again to pool their wisdom. We held the '2025 Second Half Chief Supervisors Workshop' to share vivid case studies from supervision sites across the country over the past six months. Moving beyond simple performance reports, this workshop was a venue for fierce discussion on the "real problems" faced on-site and their corresponding "solutions."

In-Depth Analysis of Real-World Cases: We transparently shared unexpected issues encountered at specific sites and the decision-making processes used to resolve them, deriving practical measures for operational improvement.

Establishing Consistent Supervision Standards: We solidified our common operational standards and efficient response systems to ensure DAN A&C’s unique high-quality service is delivered regardless of varying site conditions.

Strengthening Practical Response Capabilities: Based on improvements that can be immediately applied on-site, we have further upgraded the role of our Chief Supervisors as the ultimate "Control Towers" of the field.
