The AIT Center, located in the SR2-4 block of the Incheon Technopark expansion district, is a knowledge industry center integrating business, education, and research, envisioned as a business hub where advanced technologies and innovative ideas converge.

Through flexible spatial planning, high-performance communication and security infrastructure, and eco-friendly design strategies, the project was developed as a core base for future industries.

The façade draws inspiration from the process of data collection, analysis, and value creation, employing slender vertical massing, louvers, and a glass curtain wall to express the flow of digital information.

By shaping a high-tech skyline that engages with the city, the AIT Center is completed as a representative R&D and business landmark of Incheon Technopark.
