Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and technical reviews in architecture, urban, and construction-related fields
• Prepare research reports, technical documents, and proposal materials
• Investigate and analyze new technologies and construction methods
• Organize internal technical standards and research data
• Provide technical support to design, supervision, and CM teams

   Qualifications & Preferences

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Urban Studies, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields, Relevant research or professional experience
• Preferences: Experience working in research institutes, architectural or engineering firms / Experience with public or government-funded research projects / Background in BIM, sustainable or smart building technologies / Master’s degree or higher

   Working Conditions

• Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probation period applies).
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00 – 18:00.
• Location: 6F, Cluster Bldg, 47 Songdomirae-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea / Project Sites.

   Selection Process
